The Neighborhood Assistant is Nursing Assistant Registered; part of a self-directed, cross trained team. Each team member is trained in direct resident care, housekeeping, laundry, dietary and activity functions following facility policies, procedures, and programs. A holistic approach will be taken to coordinate resident/patient centered care in a home like environment.

Job Skills Description Education and/or years experience required:
On MN Nursing Assistant Registry
Good communication skills
Previous hospital or nursing home experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Housekeeping and/or Food Service experience desirable.
Licensure/Certifications required:
Nursing Assistant certified
CPR certification desirable. Type of Employment Regular Part-Time FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) 0.60 Shift Days
