Machine Operator Day Shift



Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for transferring a design onto garments using a screenprint machine or embroidery machine. Responsible for helping with processing orders through preparing garments, programming machine for the design, and making quality adjustments as necessary. Help to analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors or threads.

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or Mon-Thurs, 5:45am-4pm

Essential Job Functions:

  • Unload shirts from platen
  • Provides and supports machine operator as needed
  • Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors
  • Verify quality of clothing and ink design or thread/fabric color
  • Change screens and ink for specific orders
  • Follows safety practices. Identifies problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
  • Works actively with others to get the job done
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school education desirable, but not required
  • Tablet or computer experience preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
  • Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day
  • Previous production experience preferred, but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
