Contracts Coordinator

Position Description:
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of contract programs and service maintenance agreements. You are responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain current contracts within Marco to include billing, renewing, and terminating
Perform set up of new contracts
Maintain existing customer contracts through workflow process to include billing adjustments, new deals, and device maintenance
Perform gathering of meter readings
Perform customer service related activities with internal and external customers through phone and email correspondence
Provide reports to internal and external customers upon request
Assist customers with billing questions or concerns and provide resolution
Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma and 2+ years of experience
Accounting skills/experience preferred
Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Outlook and a high level of Excel knowledge
Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills
Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
